The role includes welcoming customers, assisting with ticket bookings, seat selection, and providing information about movie schedules, pricing, promotions, and membership programs. The executive handles customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude. They also coordinate with ticketing, food and beverage, housekeeping, and operations teams to ensure high service standards. During busy hours, weekends, and special events, they help manage crowds and ensure safety procedures are followed. Robust communication skills, problem-solving ability, customer focus, and basic computer knowledge are essential for success in this role.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
