Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and members in a skilled manner.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements and daily operations.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and service requests.
- Build positive relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Support meeting room bookings, event coordination, and office space management.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold service quality standards.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
