- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers .
- Inform customers about products, services, offers, or promotions .
- Follow up with interested leads and inquiries .

- Lead Conversion

- Explain product or service details clearly to customers.
- Answer customer questions and resolve basic queries.
- Convert interested prospects into confirmed bookings or sales .

- Lead Management

- Maintain a daily calling record and update lead status .
- Track interested, not interested, and follow-up leads .
- Update customer details in CRM or lead management system .

- Appointment Scheduling

- Schedule appointments, meetings, or service bookings with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales or service team for confirmed bookings .





- Follow-ups

- Perform regular follow-up calls with leads and existing customers.
- Remind customers about appointments, offers, or upcoming services .

- Customer Relationship

- Maintain polite and qualified communication with customers.
- Build long-term relationships with clients .

- Target Achievement

- Achieve daily and monthly calling or sales targets .
- Work towards lead conversion goals set by the company .

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
