Job Overview: We are hiring Customer Success Associates for the International Voice Process supporting. The role involves assisting customers over calls, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle international customer calls and provide prompt resolutions.
- Assist customers with account-related queries and service requests.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines while handling interactions.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer conversations.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
- Experience:



Minimum 6 months of International Voice Process experience
- BFSI experience will be an added advantage
- Excellent English communication skills and verbal fluency required

Interview Process: HR Round → Operations Round → Client Round → Versant Assessment

Salary : Up to ₹32,000 CTC per month
