Salary : For freshers upto 23K CTC || for experienced 30K CTC

Shifts :DAY shift

Working days :6 days of working.

Week-off: Any 1 Rotational week-off, 2 week-offs

Job description: Key responsibilities:

1. Responding to customers' queries and resolving issues in a qualified and timely manner.

2. Providing customer service through phone calls.

3. Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction.

4. Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure effective problem resolution.

Requirements :

1. Graduate qualification.

2. Excellent communication skills

3. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
