We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contribute to generating sales and footfall for our furniture showroom. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to brief them about our furniture collections and ongoing offers.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Follow up with leads and schedule store visits.
- Maintain a database of customer details and call logs.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Pleasant telephone etiquette and persuasive skills.
