We are looking for a Service / Project Coordinator to support our project execution and service operations team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Project Managers in planning and executing elevator installation and modernization projects
- Coordinate schedules, resources, materials, and timelines across teams
- Maintain project documentation such as contracts, drawings, reports, and permits
- Monitor project progress and report updates to internal teams
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth coordination
- Organize meetings, prepare minutes of meetings (MOM), and follow up on action points
- Support procurement and logistics of elevator components
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and approvals with relevant authorities

Requirements :





- Diploma / ITI / BE (any relevant field)
- 0 to 2 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Language Requirement

- Mandatory: Kannada
- Preferred: English, Hindi, Telugu

Working Conditions

- Office-based role with occasional site visits
- Travel may be required within Bangalore and nearby locations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
