JD for customer support representative

- Location : Sec 86 Gurgaon, SS OMNIA

We are hiring a Customer Support Representative (Chat) to manage client communication and ensure a smooth, professional experience throughout each project.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sector 86, Gurugram.

The office is not near a metro station, so applicants should be comfortable with daily commute arrangements before applying.

Responsibilities :

- Respond to client inquiries via live chat and messaging platforms in a clear and skilled manner
- Handle questions related to video editing services, orders, timelines, and revisions
- Coordinate basic project details between clients and the internal team
- Resolve client concerns using a calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach
- Maintain accurate communication records and follow-ups
- Ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and professionalism

Qualifications :

- Experience or interest in customer support / chat-based support roles




- Strong written communication skills in English
- Ability to handle multiple conversations and work under pressure
- Good attention to detail and time-management skills
- Familiarity with chat tools, CRM systems, or online platforms is a plus
- Experience in creative agencies, media companies, or service-based businesses is preferred but not mandatory
- Basic understanding of digital services or video editing workflows is a plus
- Good English speaking is plus

Salary

₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (fixed), based on experience and skill level
