We do this by creating clinics with calming and welcoming interiors and providing extremely hospitable and caring services for pets and their parents. Our clinics have everything a pet parent would need under one roof (vet consults, grooming, pet retail, diagnostics, imaging, surgeries, etc.)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle and convert current leads by engaging promptly, explaining services, and scheduling




- appointments; maintain accurate lead tracking and monitor conversion outcomes.
- Provide timely customer support for pre
- and post-appointment queries, ensuring adherence to
- response and resolution SLAs.
- Coordinate effectively with clinic front desk teams, veterinarians, and at-home service teams to
- ensure smooth operations and information flow.
- Identify and escalate operational bottlenecks, contributing to ongoing process improvements.

Requirements :

- Any Graduate
- Full time availability
- Weekend Availability
- Good Communication skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
