We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to manage customer communication and backend operations for our brand.

This role involves calling customers for feedback and reviews, along with handling order data and packaging coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

- Call customers to collect feedback and product reviews
- Maintain and update data in Google Sheets / Excel
- Manage order details and customer records
- Handle packaging lists and dispatch coordination
- Ensure smooth communication between operations and customers

Requirements :

- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Comfortable with calling and speaking to customers
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Organized and responsible attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks

Job Types : Full-time, Fresher, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,088.65 - ₹14,000.00 per month
