A Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) in a school acts as the primary liaison between the institution and parents, managing inquiries, admissions, and fostering positive relationships to enhance school reputation and student retention. They address parent concerns, manage feedback, assist with marketing, and ensure a smooth experience for families.

Key Responsibilities

- Admissions Support :Generate walk-ins by doing callings. Guiding recent parents through the admission process, conducting school tours, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Customer Satisfaction & Retention : Developing strategies to ensure parents are satisfied with the school's services, aiming to improve retention rates.
- Complaint Resolution : Managing parent complaints and concerns promptly, and escalating issues to school management when necessary.
- Feedback & Data Management : Gathering, tracking, and analyzing feedback from parents to improve service quality, while maintaining accurate records of interactions.
- School Marketing & Representation : Assisting in school promotion, attending events, and maintaining a welcoming environment to build rapport with the community.





Required Skills and Qualifications

- Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse groups of parents and staff.
- Interpersonal Skills : Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle difficult situations or emotional parents calmly.
- Organization : Strong multitasking skills to manage inquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in MS Office and database management (CRM software) to maintain records.
- Education : A diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, marketing, communications, or a related field is typically preferred.
