Position Summary
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided databases and marketing leads.
- Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and project details to potential buyers.
- Generate and qualify sales leads for the sales team.
- Schedule property site visits and follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
- Follow up with existing leads to convert inquiries into site visits and bookings.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding lead status and customer requirements.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
