Hiring: Inbound US Voice - Analyst (Sales & Upselling Focus)

We are looking for dynamic professionals to join our Inbound US Voice Process team, with a strong focus on customer service, sales, and upselling.

If you have excellent communication skills and the ability to turn customer interactions into meaningful business opportunities, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound calls from US customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Understand customer needs through active listening and effective questioning
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions
- Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities on every call
- Address customer objections with empathy and close sales effectively

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,100.00 per month
