Key Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming customer queries in voice/chat :
- Resolve customer concerns with accuracy and empathy
Eligibility Criteria :
- 6 months of experience in international customer support preferably in finance, insurance or banking domain.
Communication : Should be confident, good comprehension & vocabulary skills
Cab Facility : Available
Shift Details :
- Rotational Shifts (24x7 with Night Shifts)
Work Days :
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week Off
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
