Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support

- Provide accurate information regarding projects, payment schedules, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Project teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Collections & Recovery

- Monitor customer payment schedules and outstanding dues.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers for pending installments and overdue payments.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables as per company policies.
- Prepare and share collection reports, aging reports, and recovery status updates with management.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Legal teams for recovery of long-pending dues.
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve payment-related disputes professionally.
- Issue payment reminders, demand letters, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain proper documentation of collection and recovery activities.

Requirements :





- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Customer Support, Collections, Recovery, or Client Relationship Management.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and collection tracking systems.
- Ability to handle customer escalations and recovery matters professionally.

Pay: ₹15,766.18 - ₹25,168.24 per month
