Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end travel enquiries for domestic and international holiday packages.
- Design customized itineraries based on client requirements.
- Prepare quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, visa partners, and transport suppliers.
- Provide destination expertise and recommend suitable travel products.
- Manage bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, cruises, travel insurance, and visa assistance.
- Follow up with prospective clients to maximize sales conversions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after travel.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM updates.
- 3-7 years of experience in a travel agency or tour operator.
- Robust knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Experience in preparing holiday quotations and customized itineraries.
- Excellent communication, sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi (Bengali will be an added advantage).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple enquiries efficiently.
- Knowledge of visa documentation and travel regulations will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online booking portals.
