Job Summary

The Operation Host is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves welcoming guests, handling customer queries, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining service standards to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner
- Manage customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints effectively
- Ensure smooth operational flow during daily activities
- Coordinate with team members to deliver high-quality service
- Monitor customer experience and take proactive steps to improve satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and service standards as per company guidelines
- Assist in crowd management and customer flow, if required
- Handle basic reporting and documentation related to operations
- Follow company policies,



SOPs, and service protocols at all times

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate from a recognized university
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Hospitality / Cinema / Retail / Hotel Industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
- Presentable, polite, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Team player with a proactive and positive approach

Preferred Attributes

- Experience in front-facing customer service roles
- Ability to handle high footfall and rapid-paced environments
- Good observational and coordination skills
