Role Overview

The Cafe Operations Executive plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the café. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that requires a proactive and adaptable individual who is comfortable taking ownership of a variety of responsibilities, from guest relations and cashiering to store upkeep and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and create a warm, friendly, and memorable café experience.
- Build strong relationships with regular customers and foster a sense of community within the café.
- Address customer queries, feedback, and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer service are maintained at all times.

Cashiering & Order Management

- Accurately process customer orders and payments using the POS system.
- Assist at the counter during busy periods and ensure efficient customer flow.
- Maintain cash handling procedures and ensure transaction accuracy.
- Support customers with menu recommendations and product knowledge.

Cafe Operations

- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the café.
- Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and presentation standards are maintained throughout the store.




- Assist with opening and closing procedures and daily operational checklists.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and ordering requirements.
- Help maintain food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.

Team Support

- Work closely with the café team to ensure effective service and operations.
- Assist with training and onboarding of new team members when required.
- Support management with operational tasks and process improvements.
- Step in and assist across different areas of the business as needed.

Requirements :

- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, or café operations preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and remain organised in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
- Flexible and comfortable supporting a wide range of operational responsibilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
