- Ensuring that all customers are given the best in customer service
- Assisting the customers in selecting eyeglasses and sunglasses
- Working with the store team in assisting them in achieving the store targets
- Working along with the team members and the store manager in following the store SOP's
- Ensuring customer queries are handled and escalated and solved at the store level.
- Performing follow-up calls with customers on feedback and ensuring a higher NPS for the store.
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
- Responsible for achieving the monthly and annual sales targets as planned.
- Follow-up on customer enquiries every day and make sure marketing SMS blasts are sent as per management direction.
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times).
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
