Barista

Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The Barista will prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Take customer orders accurately and handle cash/POS transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, equipment, and seating areas.
- Restock supplies, ingredients, and display items as needed.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely.
- Assist in opening and closing duties.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints courteously.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role is an advantage.




- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

- Passion for coffee and hospitality.
- Attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to multitask efficiently.

Working Conditions:

- Standing for long periods.
- Lifting supplies up to 25 lbs.
- Working in a busy café workplace.
