We are seeking a reliable Computer Operator with Basic Computer Skills to support our customer service operations using Voltas CRM software. The role involves managing customer records, handling customer calls, and performing light administrative computer tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate Voltas CRM to create, update, and maintain accurate customer and account records
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers; respond professionally and courteously
- Log call outcomes, follow up on open issues, and schedule appointments or calls as required
- Assist team members with CRM-related tasks and help troubleshoot user issues where appropriate
- Escalate complex technical or customer issues to supervisors or the technical team




- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus
- Strong verbal communication and phone-handling skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively
- Positive attitude, team player, and customer-focused

Working Conditions:

- Office-based role (specify location) with standard business hours; occasional extended paid hours may be required
- In office training provided for Voltas CRM as needed
