Job Summary

The Spa Beautician is responsible for providing high-quality beauty and wellness services to clients, ensuring a relaxing and hygienic spa experience. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, adherence to spa standards, and promoting spa services and products.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide beauty and spa treatments such as facials, clean-ups, waxing, threading, and basic skin care

- Perform body treatments including body polish, scrubs, and wraps

- Assist with spa therapies as per training (aromatherapy, relaxation treatments, etc.)

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment

- Conduct client consultations to understand skin type and service needs

- Recommend suitable spa services and products to clients

- Follow spa SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards :

- Handle appointment schedules and coordinate with front desk

- Ensure client comfort, privacy, and satisfaction





Skills & Competencies

- Knowledge of beauty treatments and spa services :

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Professional appearance and grooming

- Ability to create a calm and relaxing setting

- Awareness of hygiene and safety standards

- Sales skills for service and product upselling (preferred)

Qualifications :

- Certified Beautician / Spa Therapy Course from a recognized institute

Experience

- 1-5 years experience in a spa, salon, or wellness center
- Freshers with certified training may also be considered

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
