JOB SUMMARY

The Floor Manager is responsible for managing daily restaurant and bar floor operations, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth coordination between staff, and maintaining high service standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage daily floor operations of restaurant and bar
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Supervise servers, bartenders, and floor staff
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues quickly
- Manage table seating, reservations, and guest flow
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards
- Monitor food & beverage quality and presentation
- Conduct staff briefing, training, and supervision
- Manage shift scheduling and attendance




- Ensure compliance with safety and alcohol service rules
- Support in sales improvement and upselling
- Assist in inventory control and stock tracking

REQUIREMENTS :

- 2-5 years experience in restaurant/bar or hospitality
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of F&B; service standards

PREFERRED SKILLS

- Experience with POS/billing systems
- Bar operations knowledge
- Conflict resolution skills
- Staff training ability

COMPENSATION

- Salary: 8,000-10,000/
