Key Responsibilities

- Manage gold loan sales and customer acquisition

- Conduct gold appraisal and accurate valuation

- Handle loan documentation, processing, and disbursement

- Build long-term customer relationships

- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth

- Ensure compliance with company policies and KYC guidelines

- Provide excellent customer service and branch support

- Minimum 1+ year experience in:

- Gold Loan Sales

- Gold Appraisal / Gold Valuation

- Knowledge of gold purity testing methods

- Sales-oriented mindset with strong customer handling skills

- Understanding of loan processes preferred
