Job Summary :We are looking for a telecaller who engages existing or prospective customers via telephone to promote products, generate sales, provide support, or gather information.

Key Responsibilities :

- Outbound/Inbound Calling : Initiate calls to prospective clients or handle inbound inquiries to sell products/services.
- Lead Generation/Sales : Convert prospects into customers and meet daily/weekly sales quotas.
- Customer Support : Resolve queries, address complaints professionally, and manage objections.
- Data Management : Utilize CRM software to update customer information and record call outcomes.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain in-depth knowledge of company offerings to provide accurate information

Skills :

- Education/Experience : High school diploma, with proven experience as a telecaller, telesales, or customer service agent preferred.
- Communication :



Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in relevant languages.
- Technical Skills : Basic computer literacy and proficiency in CRM systems.
- Soft Skills : Robust negotiation, active listening, and persuasive skills, along with patience and the ability to handle stress.
