Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments
- Prepare food and beverages as per company standards
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and workstations
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints politely
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure fast service
- Minimum qualification: High School / 10th / 12th pass
- Prior experience in QSR, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
