The Front Desk Executive at Rawls Salon is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience from the moment clients walk in until they leave the salon. This role emphasizes hospitality, professionalism, and effective coordination between guests and salon teams. The Front Desk Executive ensures smooth operations at the front desk, manages appointments, maintains service quality, and represents the brand with warmth and confidence.

Key Responsibilities Area :

- Warmly greet clients upon arrival and create a welcoming, luxurious salon atmosphere.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle phone calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries professionally.
- Provide personalized assistance to guests, understanding their service needs and preferences.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure guest comfort throughout their visit, offering refreshments and support as needed.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth.




- Maintain front desk cleanliness and brand presentation standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality / Customer Service preferred.
- 1-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles (hotel, salon, spa, clinic, or retail).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasing personality with customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office / POS / booking software is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and local language (additional languages a plus).
