- Sales and Customer Service :Handling customer inquiries, assisting with parts identification, and potentially selling spare parts and accessories.
- Procurement and Sourcing :Identifying and sourcing recent suppliers, negotiating terms, and managing the ordering process.
- Collaboration :Collaborating with service technicians, maintenance teams, and other departments to ensure parts are available when needed.
- Record Keeping :Maintaining accurate records of inventory, orders, and supplier information.
- Relationship Building :Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Market Analysis :Monitoring market trends and adjusting inventory strategies accordingly.
- Reporting :Preparing reports on inventory levels, usage, and forecasts.
