Job Description: Tele-calling Executive

The Telecalling Executive plays a vital role in managing customer inquiries, generating leads, conducting follow-up calls, and assisting the sales team in converting prospects into clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to present Aouraa Production’s services confidently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities : Lead Management & Client Communication-

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients who have enquired through social media, website, events, referrals, or partner venues.
- Handle inbound calls professionally, providing accurate information about our wedding planning and décor services.
- Understand client requirements, wedding dates, budgets,



and preferences to pass detailed information to the sales team.
- Maintain polite, positive, and customer‐centric communication at all times.

Database Management & Reporting-

- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM or lead tracking sheet.
- Track daily call logs, follow-ups, and lead status updates.
- Generate weekly reports on lead conversion progress and call performance.

Skills & Qualifications-

Required :

- 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, customer care, hospitality, or sales support.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi.
- Solid listening ability and a friendly, confident phone presence.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business).
- Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet calling targets.
- Positive attitude, patience, and excellent customer service mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
