Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve coffee beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) as per standard recipes
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee counter, equipment, and work area
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and handle cash/POS billing if required
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and SOP standards
- Assist in stock checking and daily mise-en-place
- Support team members during peak hours

Skills & Requirements

- Basic knowledge of coffee and brewing techniques
- Willingness to learn latte art (preferred)
- Valuable communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends
- Positive attitude and team player
- Basic hygiene and grooming standards

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in cafés, coffee chains, or hotels
- Certification in Barista / Coffee Brewing (added advantage)
