Role Overview

We are looking for well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused service staff who can deliver American-style hospitality . If you enjoy interacting with guests, taking accurate orders, and creating a warm dining experience—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming dining experience
- Take dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders accurately
- Explain menu items, pizzas, and ongoing offers confidently
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and service standards on the floor
- Handle billing and basic POS operations
- Ensure guests leave happy and satisfied

Requirements :

- Well-groomed appearance and positive attitude




- Good communication skills (English/Hindi; local language is a plus)
- Prior experience in restaurant service preferred (training provided)
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and peak hours
- Passion for hospitality and customer service
