Job Summary

The Counter Staff is responsible for handling customer sales at the ice candy outlet, maintaining hygiene and display standards, and ensuring a friendly customer experience. The role involves billing, stock handling, and basic outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers politely and take orders accurately
- Serve ice candies as per customer requirements
- Handle cash, UPI, and basic billing transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and outlet area
- Arrange and display ice candies properly in freezers
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages
- Follow company guidelines for food safety and hygiene
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Support daily opening and closing of the outlet

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Any degree or diploma preferred)
- Basic communication skills (English/Hindi is a plus)




- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Basic understanding of numbers and cash handling
- Honest, punctual, and customer-friendly attitude

Skills & Competencies

- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure during peak hours
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic computer or billing machine knowledge (preferred)
