- Dispense medicines as per prescriptions issued by registered medical practitioners.
- Verify prescriptions to ensure accuracy, dosage, and potential drug interactions.
- Provide appropriate guidance to customers on medicine usage, dosage, and possible side effects.
- Maintain proper storage and handling of medicines as per regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels, expiry dates, and ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Maintain accurate records of narcotic and scheduled drugs as per legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and pharmacy regulations.
- Handle billing and ensure proper documentation for all pharmacy transactions.
- Support store operations and assist customers with healthcare products available at the store.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy section.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification : Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) / Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
- Registration : Valid State Pharmacy Council Registration is mandatory.
- Experience : 0-3 years of experience in retail pharmacy (Freshers may also apply).
Skills Required :
- Good knowledge of medicines and healthcare products.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medicines.
- Basic computer knowledge for billing and inventory management.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
