Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Reservation Executive to join our team in Noida Sector 4. The role involves handling guest reservations, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a smooth booking experience while maximizing room occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist guests with booking inquiries, room availability, rates, and hotel services.
- Process new reservations, modifications, cancellations, and confirmations accurately.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping for seamless guest service.
- Maintain reservation records and update the property management system (PMS).
- Upsell room categories and hotel services to maximize revenue.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Prepare daily reservation reports and occupancy updates.

Requirements :





- Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or any relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office operations preferred.
- Positive communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with PMS software and online booking platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
