Title : Fashion Consultant

Reports to : Department Manager/Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager Function : LRBD / Sales & Operation

**Customer Service:

- **
- Provide customer service by being up-to-date with latest fashion trends while maintaining a timeless knowledge of fashion principles
- Assist customers in creating complete ensemble

**Increase Sales:

- **
- Accountable for achievement of individual sales target and daily tasks assigned.
- Responsible for securing and growing client base through generating or pursuing leads.
- Upselling and focus on basic KPI's ensuring increased overall customer satisfaction and store profitability.

**Floor Engagement & Visual Merchandising:

- **
- Replenishment (tables, racks, shelves, walls)



as per the brands standards on color blocking, size, styles etc
- Ensure the store including back-office is maintained at all times, by taking care of all hygiene and cleanliness standards

Min Qualifying Age 18 Years of Age and above

Minimum Qualifying Education 2nd PUC/Graduation/MBA

Languages :

- Must know basic English, Kannada and Hindi

Computing Systems Knowledge Preferred.

Minimum Experience Required 1 to 3yrs

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
