Job Summary As a Spa Therapist, you will oversee daily spa operations across multiple Pan India locations, ensuring high service standards and client satisfaction. You’ll lead a team of professionals, manage wellness programs, and ensure smooth, efficient delivery of all spa services. Your focus will be on maintaining excellence, driving performance, and creating a premium guest experience. Key Responsibility: Strategic Leadership: -Define and execute the spa’s strategic goals and operational plans. -Work closely with senior leadership to ensure spa objectives align with the broader organizational strategy. Operational Management: -Oversee daily operations of the spa, including staff management, user services, and facility maintenance. -Ensure all treatments and services meet company standards and user expectations. -Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness. Team Management: -Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of spa professionals. -Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and training to staff. -Foster a positive and professional work environment. Compliance and Safety: -Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.



-Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. -Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies. Additional Requirements: -Demonstrated success in managing spa and wellness centers. -Extensive expertise in spa treatments, therapies, and services. -Strong, empathetic leadership with proven team management skills. -Outstanding customer service and communication capabilities. -Willingness to travel as needed for business purposes. -Stay informed about current trends and best practices in the spa industry. -Highly skilled in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively. -Proficient in software for inventory management, reporting, and payroll processing. -Effective collaborator with cross-functional teams. -Superior communication and interpersonal abilities. -Passionate about continuous learning and professional growth

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
