Sales is responsible for handling room reservations while maximizing revenue through upselling and conversion of inquiries into confirmed bookings. The role involves managing guest queries, coordinating with sales channels, and ensuring a seamless booking experience.
Key and Responsibilities: Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings to achieve sales targets
Upsell rooms, packages, and hotel services to maximize revenue
Maintain accurate records of bookings in PMS/CRM system
Manage room inventory and availability effectively
Assist in rate management and promotional offers
Provide excellent customer service and handle guest queries professionally
Follow up with leads and pending bookings
Coordinate with Front Office and Sales team for smooth operations
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Haridwar, Uttarakhand
