Qualifications :

Qualified work experience : Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in Fie fighting and Security function.

Role and Responsibilities

- Ensuring safety for all hospital staffs patients, visitors, and hospital property.
- Monitoring all safety related activities in and out of the hospital to prevent theft fire and any kind of disturbances within the hospital.

- Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities to higher concerned designated authorities.
- Keeping watch on all kind of unsafe behavior, assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of hospital function.
- Creating reports of all safety related works.
- Ensuring that all safety related policies protocols and rules must be followed.
- Responding to all types of emergencies at any time.
- Controlling access to building protecting employee’s guests and their belongings.
- Monitoring alarms and surveillance systems.
- Solving security / safety related queries raised by staffs, employees, patients, and their visitor.

Fire Safety Maintenance & Inspections

- To conduct daily safety checks on fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, sprinklers, alarms, and hydrants etc.
- To ensure all hospital /Properties area comply with fire codes, with focus on high-risk zones (ICU, pharmacy, operating theatres etc.).
- To provide training to OSA/external customer staff.
- To provide report or prompt information over surveillance and vigilance observations and finding as per as per prevalent practices/policy.




- Emergency Preparedness & Incident Management
- To lead emergency response during fire/security incidents.
- To Conduct fire drills and ensure smooth evacuation procedures.
- To ensure Investigate fire-related incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management
- To ensure compliance with fire codes, State & National standards, and legal requirements.
- To ensure Assess hospital fire hazards, evaluate risks, and implement additional safety measures.
- Preventive & Protective Measures
- To enforce fire safety protocols and security measures to prevent sabotage and accidents.
- To ensure and recommend corrective actions to mitigate identified risks.
- Security & Access Control
- To ensure and Monitor CCTV, access control systems, and emergency alarms.
- To enforce proper access control procedures for staff, visitors and vehicles.
- To monitor Assets and property protection safeguard company assets and equipment’s.
- To respond promptly to security breaches or suspicious activity.
- Incident Reporting & Documentation
- To maintain logs of fire drills, safety inspections, and emergency response reports.
- To ensure Generate reports on security and fire safety concerns.
- To ensure Assign duties and ensure coverage of all key areas.
- To maintain duty rosters and leave schedule.
- Customer Service & Conflict Resolution
- To ensure Address safety-related concerns of hospital staff, patients, and visitors.
- To Support problem-solving efforts related to fire incidents and security breaches.
- To ensure & conduct mock drills as per JCI/NABH and respond to all emergency code (RED/ORANGE/BLACK/PINK /BROWN/GREEN/YELLOW/BLUEPURPLE/VOILET as per prevalent practices/policy.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts. _
