Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day sales activities in the store
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations
- Monitor sales performance and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Maintain product knowledge (TV, refrigerator, AC, mobile, etc.)
- Ensure proper product display and store cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, coordinate with inventory team
- Assist customers in product selection and closing sales
- Plan promotional activities and offers to boost sales
- Ensure billing and cash handling is accurate

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- 2-5 years experience in retail sales (electronics preferred)
- Robust leadership and team handling skills
- Good communication and convincing ability
- Basic computer knowledge (billing software, Excel)
- Customer-focused approach

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
