Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare and Non-IT requirements.

- Recruit for Healthcare positions such as:

- Registered Nurses (RN)

- Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)

- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)

- Medical Assistants

- Allied Healthcare Professionals

- Healthcare Administrators

- Clinical and Non-Clinical Healthcare Roles

- Recruit for Non-IT positions including:

- Administrative & Clerical

- Customer Service

- Finance & Accounting

- Human Resources

- Sales & Marketing

- Supply Chain & Logistics

- Operations & Manufacturing

- Review job descriptions and understand client requirements.

- Negotiate compensation rates and manage offer processes.

- Ensure compliance with client requirements and recruitment processes.

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 2-6 years of experience in US Staffing recruitment.

- Hands-on experience in Healthcare and/or Non-IT staffing.

- Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle.





- Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal databases.

- Knowledge of various employment types:

- W2

- C2C

- 1099

- Direct Hire

- Understanding of US work authorizations:

- US Citizen

- Green Card

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with MSP/VMS clients.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with ATS tools such as Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal, Tracker, or similar platforms.
- Experience handling direct-client requirements.
