1. Responsible for development of Products for General Industry, Chemical and Water & Wastewater Industry including Pumps and Pump Package.

2. Owner of Product development activity & must drive Project to ensure activities are completed on time, meeting all requirements, including cost, quality & performance targets to support project plans & project execution.

3. Serve as Primary product expert for assigned products Independently & Provide product management related support for all departments, mainly - TSS / Sales, Production, QM, Customer Service and Purchase.

4. Prepare & evaluate product variable cost and highlight actions to maintain margins.

5. Knowledge of various industry standards like ISO 2858/5199, EN799, HIS, ASME, FM, UL etc.

6. For Selection portals & Digital platforms, provide support & technical inputs for introducing current products or maintaining existing ones.

7. Conduct technical trainings to Sales and have close Interaction with Vendors/Suppliers to resolve product specification queries.

8. Prepare & release product documents and literature during product release.
