Job Summary

Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction & Support

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for the UK region.
- Understand customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Sales & Conversion

- Identify customer needs and promote relevant products/services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance milestones.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and sales interactions.

Process & Compliance

- Follow UK process guidelines and company policies.
- Ensure all customer information is handled securely and confidentially.
- Maintain call quality standards and adhere to scripts when required.




- Collaborate with team members to meet overall performance goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent spoken English with a clear and neutral accent (UK shift experience preferred).
- Prior experience in BPO, sales, or customer support (UK/International process is an added advantage).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and work towards targets.
- Valuable computer skills and ability to work with CRM tools.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
