Key Responsibilities : Provide timely and accurate resolutions Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality

Eligibility Criteria : Graduation preferred

Experience Customer support experience preferred Freshers with excellent English fluency are welcome

Skills Required : Excellent English communication skills Basic computer and typing skills Willingness to work night shifts Skilled and customer-focused attitude

Salary Package:CTC 1.8 LPA to 2.4 LPA
