Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations. The role involves handling quotations, customer coordination, vendor follow-ups, and ensuring smooth order processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and share quotations using Excel and Tally accurately and promptly

- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and updates

- Follow up with customers for order confirmations and payments :

- Maintain and update data in CRM software regularly

- Track pending orders and materials and follow up with vendors

- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials :

- Maintain proper documentation of quotations, orders, and dispatch details

- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues efficiently

- Generate reports related to sales, orders, and pending items





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce / Business / any relevant field

- Experience in sales coordination or backend operations preferred

- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally (must)

- Basic understanding of CRM systems :

- Positive communication and follow-up skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking ability

- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Preferred Profile

- Experience in electrical products / industrial supply business (added advantage)
- Ability to handle multiple customers and vendors simultaneously
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
