Interior Design Sales Representative

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Generate and qualify leads through walk-ins, referrals, online inquiries, and networking.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their interior design and furnishing requirements.
- Present interior solutions, products, materials, finishes, and services.
- Conduct client consultations and site visits when required.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Client Relationship

- Management Track conversion rates and sales performance metrics.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in interior sales, furniture sales, modular kitchen sales, home décor sales, or related industries.

Required Skills :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Customer-centric approach and relationship-building skills.




- Basic understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and space planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to understand floor plans and design presentations.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in residential or commercial interior projects.
- Knowledge of modular furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, and home décor products.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software.
- Experience handling high-value sales transactions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Lead-to-sale conversion ratio.
- Monthly and quarterly sales achievement.
- Revenue generated from projects.
- Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Number of new clients acquired.
- Timely follow-up and proposal submission.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
