We are hiring Freight Brokers / International Sales Professionals to join our growing US Logistics team. The role focuses on shipper acquisition, freight sales, and end-to-end load management in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through outbound calls to US shippers :

- Build and manage a shipper/customer portfolio :

- Negotiate freight rates and close deals

- Coordinate with carriers for load booking and coverage :

- Manage pricing, margins, and shipment execution :

- Maintain follow-ups and sales pipeline

Requirements :

- 1+ year experience in US freight brokerage / logistics OR International Sales / B2B Sales / International Voice Process :

- Solid communication, negotiation, and sales skills :

- Ability to work in night shifts (US time zone) :

- Target-driven and comfortable with outbound sales

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
