Job description: Sr. Sales Executive, Bihar

Location : Bihar

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Promote and sell MIS devices to hospitals, clinics, and surgeons
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features to doctors and OT staff
- Maintain robust relationships with existing clients and develop new customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with the service team for installation and after-sales support
- Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain CRM data

Eligibility Criteria :

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Science / Biomedical preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in medical equipment or healthcare sales
- Knowledge of MIS devices (laparoscopy instruments, endoscopy systems, etc.) is mandatory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
