Key Responsibilities :

- Attend to walk-in customers at the Experience Centre and provide product consultations.

- Understand customer requirements related to home construction, interiors, renovation, and furnishing needs.

- Promote and sell products including:

- Home Furnishings

- Modular Kitchens

- Loose Furniture

- Office Furniture

- Home Theater Systems

- UPVC Doors & Windows

- Generate and follow up on sales leads from walk-ins, references, architects, builders, and interior designers.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and coordinate order processing.

- Assist customers in product selection, pricing, and customization options.

- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on latest trends, designs, and materials.

- Coordinate with procurement, installation, and delivery teams for smooth order fulfillment.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain customer database and ensure timely follow-up for repeat business and referrals.

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.





- Ensure showroom displays are well maintained and visually appealing.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of sales experience in building materials, interiors, furniture, or home improvement products.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer handling and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of construction/interior products and market trends.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, billing software).
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Experience in showroom or retail sales of premium building materials/interior products.
- Good network with architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers is an added advantage.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
