Job Title: Interior Showroom Sales Executive Salary

- ₹25,000 - ₹50,000/month (Fixed + Incentives)

Job Summary

We are hiring a results-driven Interior Showroom Sales Executive to assist customers, understand their interior needs, and convert inquiries into sales. The role involves selling furniture, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and home décor solutions from the showroom.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and attend walk-in customers in the showroom
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and space
- Suggest suitable interior products and design options
- Explain product features, materials, and pricing
- Prepare quotations and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up with leads via calls/WhatsApp
- Coordinate with design and installation teams
- Maintain showroom presentation and product displays

Required Skills :

- Solid communication and convincing skills




- Sales-focused and target-oriented approach
- Basic knowledge of interior products/furniture
- Good customer handling and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (billing/Excel)

Eligibility

- 12th pass / Graduate

- 2-5 years experience in showroom or retail sales :

- Interior/furniture sales experience preferred

Salary Structure (Example)

- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000
- Incentives: ₹10,000 - ₹25,000

Total earning up to ₹50,000/month based on performance

Work Details

- Timing: 10 AM - 7 PM
- Weekly Off: 1 day (weekday) (Showroom-based)
