A Retail Sales position involves assisting customers, managing transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience while driving sales and maintaining store presentation. Key Responsibilities

- Customer Assistance : Greet customers as they enter the store, assist them in finding products, and provide information about merchandise to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Sales Transactions : Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, and manage returns and exchanges.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain a thorough understanding of the products offered, including features, benefits, and promotions, to effectively communicate with customers and promote sales.
- Store Maintenance : Ensure the store is clean, organized,



and well-stocked. This includes restocking shelves, arranging merchandise displays, and maintaining overall store presentation.
- Sales Goals : Meet or exceed sales targets by engaging customers, upselling products, and promoting special offers.
- Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and enhance the overall customer experience.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
